Little Lambs Pre-School Teacher-Immediately-2023-24

*Starting Salary-$12,000 (* training and experience factored in)

•  A person of the Christian faith- actively engaged in church life
• A degree in Early Childhood Education or enrolled in an Early Childhood Education college program or has taught/had comparable educational experience.
• Understands and can apply best developmental practices for curriculum, learning, and classroom management for 3-4 yr. old children in the Little Lambs’ setting.
• Displays excellent people skills in interacting with parents, Good Shepherd staff and the congregation.
• Embraces the goal of introducing the children to Jesus in appropriate ways
• The Little Lambs Pre-school program is a half day- 5 day a week model.
